Room comfort stood out with spaciousness and a pleasant layout, while the panoramic views from the half-window were impressive. The revolving rooftop restaurant added a unique dining experience with nice scenery.

Heating issues plagued the stay, with cold rooms and an ineffective radiator in the bathroom—this necessitated switching rooms during the visit. Cleanliness needed attention, and the furniture showed significant wear. Breakfast selection disappointed, lacking variety and quality expected from a top-tier establishment.

Radon Plaza’s dining scene is top-notch! The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views of the city, and the Asian dishes are a real treat. Breakfast includes delightful mini burek that will have you dreaming of more! The service from Denis Memic and his team during our late dinner was impressively accommodating, showing hotel hospitality at its finest.

The check-in process was a bit rough. waiting until 3:00 PM without any updates was frustrating. Also, housekeeping forgot towels, and getting a hold of someone took way longer than it should have, creating a touch of chaos amid the otherwise shining experience.

The tram station right across the street was very convenient for heading into the city center. Unfortunately, the check-in process felt disorganized. I arrived early and couldn't get a room until the official time, which was frustrating. Housekeeping lacked consistency and didn't bring towels one day, leaving me to find the front desk for help. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed during breakfast and could use better training to enhance service. Despite these issues, the comfortable room and delightful views made my stay enjoyable.

The location was ideal for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and pleasant, always ready to assist. The bed provided excellent comfort for a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the massage I received at the hotel was one of the best I've experienced.
